Q8MOUNTS website is owned and operated by Q8mount Car / Truck parts & accessories Est. and intended to allow users of the site to browse the products and request it, so using of this site for any reason is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

1. GENERAL.

We are entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time, and any of these changes will be considered effective on the day of publishing on the Q8MOUNT website, so you must read the terms each time you use Q8MOUNT website, By accessing Q8MOUNT website and registering an account or using the services provided by it, you agree to be bound by the terms. If you do not agree with all or some of the terms, you must stop using Q8MOUNT website.

 

2. ACCOUNT AND USER REGISTERED.

2.1 You must register and create an account on Q8MOUNT website, knowing that any account being registered is a personal and exclusive account for you and is not transferable to any third party.

2.2 If you register and create an account, you become a "Registered User". You must provide accurate information (including name, date of birth, email address, credit card details / K-net card and other details) as required during the account creation process as required by laws.

 

2.3 By registering and using Q8MOUNT website, you ensure that the information you provided is correct, you undertake to ensure that such information is updated in a manner that keeps it true and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL ACTIVITIES OCCURING WITHIN YOUR ACCOUNT.

 

3. APPLICATION PROCESS

 

3.1 As a registered user you can order and purchase products through the service:

- If you are a user requesting to buy a product that is available to us, you must pay the full amount for this product.

- In the case of Pre-Ordering of the product that is not available to us at the time of your request and you want to buy it, you should also pay the full amount of this product.

(You can know when the product you ordered will be available through our website, and the price of the requested product will be paid in conjunction with the pre-order process).

- In the case of requesting a product that is not available to us (NO PRE-ORDER), we will notify you when it is available to us and in this case, you do not have to pay the purchase price of this product as a user.

 

3.2 upon acceptance of your application, the contract between us and you will be completed after the application is accepted by delivering what you have requested and paying the product(s) price using your card or when you deliver the products to your address  and we receiving the full purchase price, unless we inform you that your order has been rejected or you cancel the request.

3.3 There may be errors in the prices that appear on Q8MOUNT website or during the process of making the request from time to time. There may also be errors in the transmitter that may lead to interruption of the purchase. The Q8MOUNT association will make its utmost effort to try to solve any problems that may arise as a result of such errors.

 

4. Payment

 

4.1 After we verify your card details, your credit card payment will be made at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, we also accept cash or card payment upon receipt of the products in accordance with the stipulated conditions. Products are provided as they exist, if we are unable to provide the products, we will inform you as soon as possible and the full amount you paid for the product will be refunded.

 

4.2 The responsibility of verifying customers, credit card and other payment cards, verifying the validity of the debit process and completing the transaction is at the payment gateway used and / or the bank issuing the card. The Q8MOUNT association is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from fraudulent transactions caused by electronic attacks, theft on the payment gateway, bank issuing the card, theft of the customer's credit card data, PIN number, password verification details or any other details.

 

4.3 Risk of loss or damage and ownership of the product(s) you have ordered on the Q8MOUNT website transferred to you by receiving the product(s) you purchased.

 

4.4 All prices mentioned are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) and include taxes, if any, at current applicable rates, except for delivery fees, unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

5.Return Policy.

 

5.1 Please check your product when you buy it or when it is delivered before use, and you must keep the delivery receipt, a copy of your order and the product invoice as proof of purchase.

5.2 Products purchased may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (14 days) from the date of purchase, as per the following conditions:

 

1 - The product is covered by the policy of recovery within 14 days (fourteen days).

2 - We have the right to not replace or return specific products, except in the case of manufacturing defects or if the products are contrary to the specifications offered.

3- The product you want to replace or return is in good condition for sale and offer to sale again.

4- If the product according to its nature or the way it is packaged cannot be returned as it was on the date of purchase or cannot be offered again to the public, we have the right to refuse to return or replace them unless there is a manufacturing defect is unclear unless you have been informed of the manufacturing defect and accepted it.

 

 

6. Warranty

 

6.1 Lifetime warranty is limited to the Ram Mount product and its components and essential parts. Warranty does not include any damage to the product-related devices, such as (mobile phones, GPS devices, computers or other devices), and does not include any damage caused by failure to follow the instructions before use or misuse of these products.

 

6.2 Warranty does not cover any product or part that is subject to misuse, heat beyond normal weather conditions or used for purposes other than that for which the product was manufactured.

 

6.3 If the product cannot be replaced because it is not available, we are committed to providing you with an alternative product. If the alternative product is not available, this product is not covered by this warranty. No warranty for any damage caused by any incidental or consequential damages to the buyer. It should be noted that the replacement is only for defective parts.

 

6.4 The Electronic parts of the RAM system are not covered by Lifetime Warranty for example (USB connector), such Electronic parts covered with a warranty free from manufacturing defects from one to three years.
