The RAM-316-3BA1U consists of the RAM Universal No-Drill&trade   RAM POD III vehicle mount with double socket arm, 2/2.5" Round Bases (AMPs Hole Pattern) and RAM Universal Tough-Tray&trade   Laptop Holder.

Mounting Instructions:
At right angles to the base of two legs are feet with mounting holes. Place the holes into the passenger seat mounting bolts then adjust the mount to the required height with the flexible legs. The third flexible leg on the RAM Pod III should also be adjusted to help support the mount. The flexible rigid arms will hold everything you need safely and securely.
